P ostage and Packaging

Good Golly Miss Dolly accepts two forms of payment: Online payment or payment via a cheque in the post. All of our online payments are processed through Paypal, however, on the payment page customers will still have the option of paying with any debit/credit card (even if they do not have a Paypal account). When we receive your online payment or once your cheque has cleared, we will package your items.

Because of the precious and breakable nature of the items, we will pack everything very carefully using a combination of tissue paper, bubble wrap and corrugated cardboard. Please note that furniture is sent separately from the room set's foam board walls, due to the size and bendable nature of the latter. All items will be dispatched within two working days of payment.

With Good Golly Miss Dolly, you also have the option of collecting (and paying for) your purchases from us directly (from our studio in Clapham, South London) rather than having them posted to you. This is by appointment only, so please contact us should you be interested.

Postage Costs

Room Sets

The standard price for delivery is £20.00 to send one room's furniture and accessories plus the room's walls via Parcel Post 2 Day service. In certain cases, where the contents of the room set are particularly small or light, lower charges may apply (these will appear on the purchasing page of the set). If you need your items more quickly, higher postal charges will apply and you will need to inform us of this by email before you order your set.

The standard price for delivery for TWO room sets is £35.00, however this will appear as more on our payment page. If you are planning on buying multiple room sets, do contact us beforehand so that we can send you a revised invoice with regards to postal charges. If you do not do this and order your item anyway, we will refund any extra money you might have paid and send you an e-mail to explain why.


The standard price for delivery is £5.00 to send one doll, via the Post Office's recorded delivery service. Higher charges may apply if you are ordering more than one doll (due to the weight of the dolls).

Requests and Returns

Specific Requests

Please e-mail us regarding any special requests such as Birthday, Christmas or Christening wrapping.


In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return your items to us, undamaged, within 7 days, in return for a full refund (excluding postal charges). Please contact us before doing this. Also note that we will only refund you once we have received the items. This way we can make sure that everything is in good condition and has not been tampered with.
